There are the two options for registration:
Option 1. Online registration and payment option. Complete the online registration form below, pay with a credit card and submit online.
Option 2. Manual registration and payment option. Download the attached Registration Form (PDF file) and follow the instructions, pay by credit card or EFT. Submit this form by email (requires a scanner).

Optional Extra : Tulloch Wines are offering 4 wines from their range to purchase at anytime after you register. Tullochs will donate 20% of the wine sales to support the convention. To place a wine order, open the Tulloch form, complete it on your screen, save it, then email your order to email@example.com . Collect your wine order on registration day.

Good News, Single Day Registration Now Available
Local members, accompanying persons and club groups can now register for the GCA Convention on the day/s of your choice. Open the pdf package file for all the options and forms. The program and registration forms are available as separate files. Group club bookings must also attach a registration form for each person in your group. Single day/s registration is available to 31 August.
A great opportunity for everyone to join in, see you there.
Bonus offer for Accompanying Persons: The first 50 accompanying person registrations will also include a LAKE CRUISE with the associated field trip. Accompanying Person Registration $150 - (Note package includes Registration, Welcome Reception, Film night, Farewell Lunch, plus for the first 50 accompanying persons the Lake Cruise with the associated field trip. Does not include other field trips, AGM & lunch or guest speaker sessions.

Please read the following information regarding any Cancellations relating to the Convention:
If a major incident prevents the GCA Biennial Convention from proceeding the following will apply:
• In the unfortunate case that the event is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances or another state/national lock down occurs, we will refund the fees paid for any bookings including conference and extras.
If unexpected personal circumstances arise preventing you from attending, you can book early without risk of losing if you have to cancel. We will provide refunds as follows:
• If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the event – full refund of any fees paid.
• If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event – refund of any fees paid, less $100.
Please note, if you have booked and are unable to attend your wine order can be posted to you at your own expense.
